Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship from our supplier warehouses and delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, high order volumes, or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
